Stress could be the culprit. Try doing yoga, it rejuvinates your spirit and i know i feel sooo much better. When the doctor checked you did he check for hypothyroidism? Because that will make you lethargic. I have that and i take pills to to keep my hormones at the right level. Also, i don't know how old you are but you might be experiencing premenopausal symptoms. If you've had hot flashes or moodiness maybe you should see your obgyn and have him take a simple blood test, that one test can check for so many different things. I hope this helped you and good luck!!!

Get tested for sleep apnea. One of the most common side-effects of sleep apnea is daytime sleepiness.
If you are near a health food store, try to find some kava kava capsules. It can help you get a more restful night's sleep.
Cut back on caffeine. If you are on the pill, the half-life of caffeine for you is 10 - 12 hours. If not, it's 4 - 6. Take that into consideration when choosing afternoon and evening beverages.
If you drink alcohol or smoke, try to not have any after dinner. Even though alcohol may make you sleepy, it disrupts your sleeping pattern, as does nicotine.
Learn meditation and meditate before bedtime.
good luck!

Do you wake up a lot during the night? If so, that will make you tired. I was always getting 8 hours sleep but I'd wake up then fall back asleep and wake up then fall back asleep so I wasn't really resting.
A friend that was always tired turned out to have sleep apnea.
Secondly, do you drink enough water? (Obviously, don't drink it right before bedtime because then you WILL be waking up, to pee!) Most people don't get enough water.
Third, do you get enough calcium? Strangely enough, not everyone gets enough and for some people it interferes with their sleep. I upped my calcium, saw no change, then started taking calcium with magnesium and that helped.
I know it's frustrating to have no energy but hang in there! There are safe ways to deal with this!

What do u do during the day? but if your exercising somethings that gives you energy. Then what consider what your eating...is it really healthy? I stopped eating pork and beef recently and I am loaded with energy and don't get that much sleep because I am in nursing school. So, if all else fails take vitamin b12 that is your energy then if you don't want to go there try eating blueberries or something else that gives u energy.

You may try getting maybe an hour more of sleep, that could make all the difference. Or taking a short 20-30 minute nap during the day. Try not to drink any caffinated drinks a few hours before bed.

You need better vitamins. If you eat healthy low glycemic meals (not to be confused with just low fat low carb), workout regularly (blow out the pipes) Then your vitamin regimen is subpar at best. The quality of ingredients in your vitamin, the way it is manufactured (food grade vs pharmaceutical grade, and the synergistic effect (how it reacts with the specific doses of the other nutrients in the vitamin and why) something is missing.

You need to find out the cause of your tiredness before you just take another pill. If you have no vitamin deficiencies (these are not routinely tested for), you may be depressed, or you may have a thyroid problem. Go back to your doctor and insist on finding a cause. If it is depression, that can be treated with medication and therapy.

Not sure. Do you have a lot of stress in your life? Demanding job? Kids? Could just be all of that. Maybe you should try yoga or meditation in place of some of your regular workouts. Good luck.

Might your exhaustion be emotional? Perhaps you are beginning to suffer from depression. SAD? Seasonal affective disorder is another possibility.
