IF you mean a course that allows students to apply for college and medical school at the same time, the answer is, you will need to be one of the very best students in the USA.

At Brown University, for instance, they are very selective about admission to the university. Of five very smart students who apply, only one will be accepted.

But of the one-out-of-five total who are accepted, only about one in ten of those accepted kids will be admitted to the combined Bachelor/MD program. They are A+ students, who have taken the hardest courses in their high schools (lots of APs) and also have very high SAT scores and wonderful recommendations from teachers, as well as outstanding extracurriculars (like President of the Debate Society, or State Science Fair Winner, etc)

Judging by the poor English in your question, I think you have a way to go before you would catch up to these kids.

2100+ is a good score. I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:

I recommend this guide to anyone seeking to get a higher score to get into a first choice college.
