I could care less about Mark Foley but l am using it to motivate people to vote against you Republicans and if it was a Democrat you would do the same.

BOTH parties should be concerned about that FREAK. I would be considered a Rep by most standards of teh word and from the post I make here and what Foley did was Disgusting and WRONG. If more reps Knew about this before they claim they did then they should be removed or step down. That ALSO applies to any and ALL dems who might have none about this. Having a Perv in the party is Nothing to be proud of or Defend. And it's not like one can simply pretend it didn't happen and hope for the best. Dems are screaming about this issue as well as they should be. Bad thing is though. There not doing it for the RIGHT reasons. They don't give a CRAP about that page or any other pages. All they want is POLITICAL points. And that is BS. But Wild Animals always attack the weakest and you can't get much weaker than a Perv chasing after children.

Heh. Nice question. Of course they would be. It's more likely they'll forget about it quicker if the Democrats win. Foley is a huge political smokescreen for the Democrats. Instead of running on ISSUES, they run on one isolated pervert who's action had little to nothing to do with anything other than his alleged crime.
Smearing over 200 people with one guy's deplorable actions is just the type of tactic the Democratic party loves, because they have little else to talk about.
Certainly not how they've (sarcastic) bettered the country. (anyone want to talk abotu how well WELFARE and the Great Society has done in improving the inner cities? ... Anyone? ... Hello??) No ideas, no solutions, just one pervert who's crimes they possibly sat on to release at the last minute as a political smoke bomb.
They're all whine and no ideas.

Whether you are a Lib, Dem or Gop, or a NORMAL American, I would hope everyone is concerned with this Pedophile until his is convicted. That pervert has nothing to do with politics.

Yes, the election is just interfering with everyone's (especially Nancy Pelosi's) genuine concern for "our children," as well as for Foley's progress with his treatment for alcoholism.
I'm sure the NY Times will run a weepy and inspirational story about Foley once he's four months sober, just like they did for the last Kennedy brat who went for alcohol treatment. (Can the Kennedys get a group rate for the Mayo Clinic's rehab?).

Yeah, because I don't trust that the Republican leadership would continue to do anything.
They're the ones who caused this by ignoring. If they get voted back in, they'll just have proof that they were right to ignore the actions of a child predator - because they're people told them it was okay.
That said: the odds of that happening are now nearly 2 to 1.

Nah - they'll be going "Mark who? Oh - him."
And, if asked direct questions requiring factual answers regarding Foley they will, as usual, be totally unable to answer with anything but the standard gibberish. What a bunch of losers!

If you aren't concerned about what Foley has done, then you have no ethics or compassion.
