I think it's a very nice name. I agree with everyone who's suggested the more traditional spelling-- Zachary-- or else your son will doomed to a life of "No, it's not spelled that way" conversations. I know its a trend to find an unusual way of spelling a name in order to give your child a cooler, more unique sort of name, but it can back fire, too.

My friend has a son named Zacharie. Maybe try Ryan as the first name. In school they always use a childs firsr name and kids can be cruel is they think someone is different. I like it spelled either way.

That is a really good name. The first and middle name go really well together.
I wouldn't spell it the way you have it though.
It should be spelled
Zachary Ryan
Looks much better spelled that way.
