Me and my boyfreind had sex on aug 1st and the condom broke, I had my regular period on the 11th and have had 2 more since and even taken a home test which was negative, I have had no signs of being pregnant but I am a paronoid person. Since I had my period 3 times after we had sex I dont think I could be but I would like to know your thoughts. Sorry for the lame question but I am not ready for children and have decided to not have sex again till we get married in January and he aggrees.

Once you had one period (as long as it seemed normal to you--not light) you could be pretty certain that you aren't pregnant. Two more means stop worrying about it. It's really better not to have sex until you can handle being pregnant since, as you've discovered, no method of birth control protects you 100%. Once you are married, you may find, like many others have, that you get pregnant before you are really "ready," but when you are married that doesn't seem to be so traumatic or as much of an inconvenience--you just suddenly become ready because you have to be.
Look for a book on the internet called "Love and Fertility" by Mercedes Arzu Wilson. It talks about some ways to know when you are fertile (Not the rhythm or temperature method) that you might find helpful.

If you already had 3 periods and took a pregnancy test and that was negative and the test are accurate don't worry. And I have to commend you for waiting until you get married to have sex again. Not many would do that now days, all tho you had a close call. As they say Be Happy!!

No you aren't pregnant not having 3 periods since the incident. Congratulation on your decision stick too it. No more sex until marriage.If your not ready for children start the pill now so your body can adjust to it before you get married.

I am sure that you are not pregnant. If you have had two periods then you are fine. take one last test and get over it. Your not pregnant. The married thing is a great idea though.

It sounds like you're safe for now. If you're really not ready then you should definitely wait and if he's a man he will understand your concern and respect the fact that you want to wait. If you don't have any other signs then you're most likely not pregnant if it was that long ago.

Yeah you most probably aren't pregnant you should have known by now if you were or not. but sometimes women can go for a few months without knowing if they are or not. My aunt went for 4 months untill she knew, nut since you have already had your period you really probably aren't

it doesnt sound very much like u are pregnant... good on u for deciding to wait to have sex again till u are married... God created sex to be enjoyed inside a married relationship...

No, you are NOT pregnant, but hey, this is should be a MAJOR wake-up call--DON'T have sex is you are not ready to be a parent! Sex is for marriage, which is something I wish I knew before!

If the condom broke, keep in mind two things:
He is well endowed.
You are most likely NOT pregnant.
