In nip tuck season 3 , the military guy had scars on his face and got em fixed by docter macnarmara. and quentin ended up having anal sex with the guy.
and they made it a big deal and was going to tell his superior officer. and his wife of the military guy.
but i was wondering what happens if your in the military , navy, army, marine, air, whatevea
and they find out your sexual preferance.?? whether your overseas in war or doing duty for the military or regular not in service right now??
I was alwayz curious ,cuz i got a friends thats marines and navy. and i alwayz forget to ask em.

We're not.
In Canada, your sexuality is irrelevant. We don't kick you out of the Services for being gay, and we don't put pressure on you to stay in the closet (i.e. no "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policies).

you casn be gay in the military as long as you do not tell anyone . if you are caught having sex with a member of the same sex or propositioning a member of the same sex you will be discharged wit an undesirable discharge. remember the don't ask don't tell rule ??? thats is what is all about.it means that the military will not ask you if you're gay and you can not tell anyone that you're. i guess quentin and the guy were trying to have a laywer, because thats where lawyers come from.

I don't think it's such a big deal. Sometimes there are also women in the military and their sexual prefrence are men. As long as someone is capable of the job, gay or straight, should be accepted into the military.

Don't ask, don't tell. If you get busted, you are OUT of the MILITARY. Not worth loosing a career over sexual preference. After you are out, DOES NOT MATTER.........
Oh yeah, you also receive an Other Than Honarable Discharge...... Not good

You get a Dishonorable Discharge and in some cases those who have recieved training and then Told their sexuality to get out have been forced to PAY for the training they recieved.

They kick you out and send you home. You aren't supposed to tell, of course, but if they find out, then your military career is over.

They release you for your own safety. A gay person in the military could get beaten up, seriously injured or even be killed by other men. My Great uncles faked being gay when they drafted for the war so they wouldnt have to go. Of course they did not accept them but accepted their brothers who were straight.

ever heard of Dont ask dont tell?
Though I have heard that in times of war they really dont /care/ if your gay or not (prolly cause you fighting) but othertimes ive heard they can send you out of the army for being gay but w/e

Having sex at work is unprofessional, both for gays and straights.
