Well, if you are really serious about your politics and wish to go further in your political career, I would say to use your conscience as your guide. That would portray your true self to people. As a matter of fact, in history great politicians used to use their conscience as their guide. I have noticed lately that candidates have gotten away from that for senate, governor and Presidential races, and I don't think the people have been fooled.
Conscience The Only Safe Political Guide:
