The Accords already had dual exhauts V6 since 98. What's so strange about having dual exhaust?? It's functional and looks better.

People equate the look of dual exhaust with power. For a V6, 245 hp is pretty good, and I'm sure it serves two purposes, function and fashion.

I faced the same dilemma a few years back. Regrettably I chose the 4 cylinder. I drive 25 miles each way to school and I do speed so I think I actually spend more on gas from the excessive pressure I need to apply to the accelerator to get the car going. I was actually surprised how big of a difference it makes. I would say if money isnt an issue definitely get the ex. Insurance costs arent that different, but I have a clean record. good luck

my 04 accord makes 245 horsepower with its v6- most highoutput v6's have dual exhaust ( that i've seen)
My guess would be that its more function then fashion (knowing honda) but i might be wrong...

I think dual exhausts look great. I would not own a car with a single exhaust outlet. Too lightweight, mechanically and visually.
