ok first thing to running is always breath in your nose and out your mouth and after you get this down start breathing...in 1,2 out 1,2............ now the biggest mistake people make while running is they don't push they're arms back and fourth this will cut about 7 seconds off of a mile run. Good luck..

stay straight, don't hunch over because this can only lead to back pain. Keep your breathing at an even rate ( 1, 2 breath 1, 2,....) Remember to run a speed that's comfortable for you, don't be intimidated by someone who passes you. Worry about yourself and no-one else. To get faster, challenge yourself to do better each time, eventually it will pay off.

. When you are running try to look down at the road you are running at and not look what's ahead of you.
. Close your eyes while running but make sure you don't bump yourself .
. Think of the person you like and he/she will be really proud of you to hear your result.
.If you are walking make this a fast walk
. If your kidney hurts use your hand and hold it on your waist.

i used to have a 10 min mile, but i practiced and now my mile is 7:48! ;) All u havta do is just run run run to increase ur stamina. trust me i improved all that in just 3 months! also, breath in through ur nose and out your mouth as slowly as possible to prevent cramps (at least in the beginning i no its hard when ur too tired). GOOD LUCK!!
