I have these weird burning feelings in my left foot, almost like hot flashes only just in my foot. It's not constant, but every once in a while. It's random, it happens when I'm sitting down, standing up, laying down, walking, anytime. It's in the ball of my foot. And it only last for a second or two then goes away.

Has anyone ever felt these? Should I be concerned and go to a doctor or is it just something normal.

It definitely couldn't hurt to go to the doc to have it checked out. Could be heel spurs or something. But you want to make sure that you don't have a blood clot or anything like that.

Sounds like gout. Have your physician take some blood and check your uric acid levels. Allopurinol and Colchicine are two meds that can control gout.

It's normal. After long time of being in one posture, your blood circulation must be like the obstructed vessels open the way and you feel that kind of change somewhere in your body.
