I trim my finger nails every after two weeks. It depends on how fast it grows.

I let them grow and only trim and file them as they break or chip. My son's, on the other hand, have to be cut once a week!

about twice a month... I like to keep my nails short these days because I take Allied Health, and that raised my awareness...
I just think about all of the germs and bacteria that are under my nails and after that, I just HAVE to cut them...

whenever they feel too long. Never all at once, maybe 3 or 4 fingers a week.

I cut my toenails as soon as they start growing out. My fingernails I cut only if they break or chip.

never...i bite them or they break /crack and I tear them off (not the whole nail, of course, just the broken part)
