Are there any workouts or anything to get myself faster? I'm not fast, but I would like to be at least a little more fast. Thank You!

Hudgins, 4.1 speed, you're a joke, that's WORLD CLASS SPEED. In fact I've never heard of that, the fastest guys in the NFL RUN 4.2 AT BEST. To get faster, just run. The more you do it, the better you will get. Also strenghting your back and abdominal muscles we help as well. ( Consider this: have you ever just been running and stomach cramps or your back aches, it because they're not strong enough to meet your demand) Also push yourself a little further each time, like after a week or so of running for 4 laps try to do 5 or run a little better. Its important to time yourself.

Just everyday go a little bit faster then the day before and before you know it you will be as fast as you are hoping for.

I know that the shoes with the elevated toes on them ... I think they were called strenght shoes ... They helped me tremendously. They brought my 40 time from 4.5 to 4.1 ... They also add to your vertical leap. Here is the link for one pair:

use ankle weights and run up and down stairs. my friend did this: he wore them to school (my school has 3 floors) and went to his classes like normal.

do not only work your legs.... upper boddy strength has alot to do with speed.
