A healthy weight loss with lower calorie intake and exercises makes you lose about 2 pounds a week. There are advertisements out there, that promise you, to lose 10 pounds or more in one week. If you are heavily overweight, you may be able to lose that amount, since it is basically water stored in your fat cells.
But any quick weight loss you will gain back as fast as you lost it.
The consequences? Your Metabolism really gets all messed up and losing weight becomes after each one sited diet more difficult. Besides, you are not getting the vitamin and minerals for a proper functioning of your body.

yeah, you lose muscle when you lose weight too fast, this also means your heart, cuz it's a big muscle. so that's a big one. you should exercise and eat healthy, at least 1200 calories a day. that's the best way to lose weight without losing it too fast or in an unhealthy way.
