Manhunt game : how to do a Violent & a Goresome(?) execution with hammer?

i have aasked to do a violent(yellow) and a more violent(red) execution with a hammer . i have managed to do the first but i donno how to do the later . unfortunately its the key for ending the level . help...please.....points waiting...!!

i have tried some walktroughs but they have nothing to solve it.

You have to hold the button longer, like any other execution.
