At this time, Nintendo has not released the online development kits to their 3rd party developers, currently Nintendo can only develop online games for the Wii.
Right now, the only announced title like an online RPG, is Animal Crossing (for Wii), slated to come out in 2007. Around that time, nintendo should release more information about their online structure so other companies can begin building games for their online service.

MMORPG stands for Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing game. So no, there probably won't be an online game.
Now Zelda, it could be similar to a regular RPG, but not exactly.

Nintendo is not known for RPGs, let alone MMORPGs.
So I doubt it.
