it does depend on what form of paralyzation one has. If for some reason the male can not "get it up" there are ways to stimulate to organ and allow a man to achieve orgasm. Most parapalegic men will tell you that they do have some feeling in that area and can feel when they achieve orgasm. Like I said it depends on where and how the paralization occured. Best bet is to discuss with a Doctor.

Yes you can still perform. Erection is upper motor neuron. It's the blood vessels that causes erection not a muscle (that's why you can't take those viagra stuff when you have heart problem). Through psychogenic stimulation you can get it up. Unfortunately you won't be able to ejaculate because ejaculation is controlled by a muscle sphincter (and that is a lower motor neuron).
