They get a lucky break and star in Disney movies and TV shows and then they decide that they wanna dominate the world, so then they move onto singing (which they obviously can't do..).
Before you know it, they'll run for Governor of California... putting them one step closer to world domination!!!!

Unfortunately studio engineers and producers can leverage technology. As the result, almost anyone can sing. While Duff and Lohan are examples, let's not forget this also forget technology did wonders for a guy like Don Johnson who did vocals in the 80s.

i hate their singing but they have cool songs!!
i like lindsay lohan better than hillary duff though...hillary duff sucks!!

Well of coarse everyone CAN sing Unless they have laryngitis (if thats how you spell it). But it doesn't mean they can sing beautifully
