I have my final interview for a mortgage banking position and need some good advice on interview questions. I have already asked the regular ones regarding advancement, mgmt styles, day-to-day responsibilities, salary, etc. I need advice on good questions to ask that a recruiter wouldn't be able to answer. I am meeting with sales managers and/or area managers.

I agree with the others, if you want the job you don't want to appear as a smart xxx.

If you have to ask questions, you should try to project that you have long term plans with the company. Here is a couple of suggestions:
- what is a likely career path for someone taking this job
- what does the company do specifically to suppot and encourage employees and their families

Best wishes.

My mothers and dads owned a preschool for over 10 years and that they appeared for outgoing persons that dressed with ease and weren't approximately highend style. pay attention to "i hate dr. phil's" reaction. She's ideal in retaining to placed on residences and no low cut back tops. gown in slacks, collared shirt and mushy shoes. and actually carry supplies and innovations you could teach those youngsters. As for questions, be arranged to respond to questions like: a million. How long have you ever been coaching? 2. What do you savour approximately coaching? 3. have you ever effectively potty-experienced babies? 4. How would you cope with an indignant parent? 5. How would you cope with 2 youngsters battling? 6. If somebody different than the parent got here to p.c.. up a infant what would you do? those are in basic terms some. i will answer them for you. a million. that's your opinion. i'm useful you could answer that honestly 2. comparable with this one. 3. returned, comparable. 4. coping with an indignant parent is confusing provided which you have in no way finished so. If the director is attainable, continuously tell the parent that they are in a position to communicate with them. in no way get entangled, because of the fact it is not your place, and it rather is superb dealt with by top administration. 5. Separate the two and communicate to them in my opinion. you probable understand the respond to this as properly. 6. If somebody different than the parent comes, the school frequently has a catalogue of names the mothers and dads bypass away in case of an emergency. First touch the director. in the event that they do no longer look to be there, then call the parent to be certain pickup. i in my opinion wish this helped. :) And sturdy luck!!

Don't ask questions, that is my advice. The interviewer --runs to be in a difficult situation -- specially if he/she can not answer your specific question. Rather than asking questions -- who knows when your next promotion will be -- go to complement her on something positive about the company -- be truthfull and sincere. Every surviving company has something good to be said about it.
Hope you get the job -- in any case the one who is doing the interview is not the one who will be your boss --unless I am mistaken --in that case ask her if she is "happily" married?

Only ask a question that you really want an answer for... perhaps you should be most concerned about how you will fit into their corporate plan.

You don't want to come off smarter than the interviewer.
