If you hide something important, you will lose the other person's trust. People will be afraid that you are not honest, open and completely reliable, and that you could play a trick on them any moment.
You have to promise you will NEVER hide something important again and DO IT! That way you will regain the trust of the others and your confidence.
If you say something that hurts, at least people will know! They can forgive you if they know on time...please, express yourself, you can avoid sooo many misunderstandings and it will hurt less.

If you didn't do anything wrong, and have made the attempt to explain yourself and the info. that you had to share, then you've done all that you can do. Give things some time to settle down, and then I'd try writing them a letter, people will often read what they choose not to hear. Good luck, unfortunately you only have control over your actions, if they are willing to end your friendship over this situation, maybe you are better off without them. Hopefully someday they will learn to importance of a good friend.

It depends on the subject. Be more specific on what was it that you didn't say and your reasons.

you made a choice and you need to live with it.. if you really believe you did the right thing then don't sweat it and let her blow off steam and see what she does...

well, for starters, you could learn to use punctuation. then write them a letter. if they still want to act a damn fool, kick their @ss's to the curb. you don't need their drama in your life.
