Please dont say ask you doctor because I will when I see him, Id rather hear from a variety of people's thoughts.

Sweet heart i am not saying anything about the people here on yahoo but i have asked question and have had some rude comments. i would not recomend taking anything if you are not sure what it could do to your baby . try checking online for the pill and see what the side effects are. it is your best bet

well... really the early part of pregnancy is pretty important. That's when the baby is beginning to form and develop it's internals. Acetaminophen is bad for it's liver, aspirin thins the blood, Ibuprofen might be your best bet, but really you should just steer clear of all that stuff until you talk to your doctor about it.

You can only take Tylonel and that is if your doctor is ok with it. The post obove my is very right. Even if the doctor says its ok to take the pill, go online and check for yourself and ask the pharmacist also.

As far as I know, you can take it straight through. My doctor says it's the only kind of OTC painkiller I can take. It's the anti-inflammatory and aspirin-based ones you have to stay away from.

When I was prego they told me they prefer you not take anything during the first trimester but if you must then Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is the only thing they recommend.

yes you can. paracetamol is the safest to take even when pregnant.
