Fill an empty tennis ball can with sand. Lay on your bed with your arm hanging off the bed. Lift the weighted can forward, in a similar pitching motion. Do 20 reps a day for a week then go to 40 a day. You will notice a gain in strength quite quickly.
remember to stretch!

Even if your mechanics are write you are not going to become a better batter unless you increase your power. So first you need to further develop you upper body which in turn would lead to increased force which would lead to increased speed which would lead to better pitching. In my experience, long toss is still the best drill I know. I've worked with dozens of pitchers, and this has always had success.
