I suppose, but the only way I know of is kinda complicated. First, download the video using the VideoDownloader extension for Mozilla Firefox. Then, using the free converter included with the extension, convert the video of mpg. Then, import it into Windows Movie Maker and extract the audio as an MP3. Whew! Either that or download a program that will record the audio that comes out of your speaker. I have a creative soundcard and it comes with something called WhatUHear recording and you can record the audio coming out of your speakers as an MP3 file with great sound quality.
