I'm sure you are talented at a lot of things. I know it's tough to start something that everyone else has already been playing for years. I would say just try anything, basketball, footballl, baseball, soccer. If you're looking for a talent, try acting or even volunteering with kids, you never know what you might be good at until you try it! Who cares if you're not the best on the team, just keep a positive attitude and have fun because that's the point. Good Luck!

As the others have indicated, any sport is good when one is 14, but it is best to consider your physical and mental attributes. Speak to a phys ed teacher for advice. Best bets, however, are lifetime sports. It's difficult to think in terms of lifetime sports when one is so young, but now I wish I had started to play golf or tennis when I was a kid. Swimming is another good option if you have the skills.
