Police officers, would you want to talk to the family of a criminal you are looking for?

Why did Bush let the Bin Laden family fly home without being questioned besides common airport questions like "have you been with your bags the whole time". Is this good police work?

I would agree that this is excellent police work. As for the motives behind allowing the family to leave the country, that I do not know - somehow though I think it involves a cover up of some sort.

Family is usually a good place to try to get a lead on a criminal investigation.

No sorry I'm not a police officer.
