i just can't believe how Willa and Vivica got voted off, because of sara and jerry. they can't even dance at all?! you people need to stop voting for people that can't dance! it would be so humuliating if sara or jerry won! so stop voting for sara evans!

That's exactly what happened this year for sure. Last year didn't seem to be as bad. Even Jerry was stunned that he was going to continue. Willa was fantastic, and it's a shame that she was voted off. But, I wonder if people were turned off by the fact that she and Maksim were in a relationship? You want to see the potential while they're dancing, but once that has turned into an actual relationship, the thrill of watching withers. And, Sara has GOT to go. She is a great singer, and I love her. But, she has the personality of a wet napkin!

This happened last season as well. It seems that those in the middle of the scores tend to be most at risk earlier in the competiton. People vote for the top dances that wowed them and then those they feel sorry for because of the judges comments/low scores or who they like personally. What happens is that the popular but crappy dancers and the top dancers with natural talent move on leaving out those who have the ~potential~ to improve and actually give the top dancers some competition.
It's a shame Willa's out... I thought she and Monique have/had the best shot out of the women to make it to the finals.
ps- poor Clarabell! but really you should know better than to open up a discussion about the show before you watch the episode. At least it wasn't posted in the subject line. ;-)

i agree. you need to vote according to skills not according to who's cool and who's not. vivica was definately one of the best there. i still can't believe it came down to her and monique!

I definitely agree.....it's a POPULARITY contest and votes are not based on dancing skills.....makes me not want to watch it anymore :-(

have not watch the recent season even though it quite is a recognition contest. I even have seen human beings now the place close to the backside get eradicated. The judges score could desire to have a larger effect. Sarah Palin's daughter sucks so badly yet she made it way too some distance!
