how can i get green pumpkins to ripen nside?

keep on the vine as long as possible to ripen if they havent turned color yet it will be hard to get them to ripen indoors try not to bruise them they will rot , you can still enjoy them as fall decorations if green , be creative ,

it is said that ripening bananas cast off some type of gas that speeds the ripening of any fruit or vegetable around them, try that..

I think you need to keep them on the vine.
