The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $25 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Usama Bin Laden. An additional $2 million is being offered through a program developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association.
Bin Laden is wanted: dead or alive, says Bush
By Toby Harnden in Washington
(Filed: 18/09/2001)
PRESIDENT Bush said yesterday that he wanted Osama bin Laden, the Saudi exile, "dead or alive" in some of the most bellicose language used by a White House occupant in recent years.
I would say no here is why.he is concedered armed and dangerous,so therefore you fear for you life meaning self defence.also you have the right to trial by jury name one person on a jury that would vote guilty for killing him.
the only thing is the govt might get mad because you did it faster than them.

I don't think you would be guilty of murder so much as being part of a bigger plan of karma.
Legally, yeah, they may arrest you and have a pre trial but pretty much I would hope that outside of a parade that would be the end of it.
Do you think the U.S. would reward you?
I would and I know the families of all the fallen soldiers and Sept. 11th families would too.

Yes. The only legal justification for killing someone is:
1) To protect your life from immediate harm.
2) To protect another's life fr0m immediate harm.
3) To protect your personal property from immediate harm or illegal seizure (I'm pretty sure this means property in a real estate sense, not your favourite purple pencil case).
Unless Osama were about to kill someone (or break into your house), you couldn't shoot him.
Don't like that rule? Move to Afganistan and join the Taliban - they'll let you shoot pretty much whomever, for pretty much any reason.

You won't be guilty for murder because he may be considered arm and dangerous. And he is a wanted person by local authorities.
But them his family may sue you for wrongful death and claim every penny you have.
Plus his follower will follow you for the rest of your life.

Technically you would be guilty of murder but public sentiment would be such that a conviction would be almost impossible.

first you yell ..stop do not shot me..then yell or I will protect myself..then you shot several times
and then ask for the ten million dollar reward
and no one in this country would let the courts prosecute you.

While you would certainly be arrested I believe you would be released as he is wanted dead or alive... and hey, if it were to go to court just plead insanity or depression.

Probably manslaughter. But you'd have so much public support, it would be difficult to find a jury to convict you.
