Ok, boobs hurt yes. I remember that very well. However, I don't ever recall any liquid. Your body doesn't develop colostrum (breast milk) until you've given birth (if your still in puberty lets hope that's not what it is). Your mammary glands can't even produce milk of any kind until you have the right hormones released. So that's not what it is.
If it were me, I'd talk to someone close to you (mom, aunt, whatever) and see what they think.
Hope this helps.

Your parents have probably told you that it's growing pains and it's true. As the breast enlarge, the skin and muscles stretch, and the milk ducts form producing milk for the first time. It is nothing to be alarmed about. as this phase of life completes itself, these things will subside.

I think that sounds ok as part of your developing boobs. My sort of hurt as I grew I think. But if this goes on you should tell someone and see a doctor just to be safe. You never want to take a chance with your health.

It is not normal to have any type of discharge from the nipples at your age. Please talk to your Mom, Aunt, or other adult in your family with whom you feel comfortable confiding in,and have them make a doctors appt. for you.
