Generally "no" you cannot sue the federal government under the Supremacy Clause. Contrary to popular belief, the right to petition the government is not the same as the right to sue them---that just means that you have a right to tell them how you feel not recover damages from them. HOWEVER, there are Congressional statutes that give exceptions to this general rule---your inclusion under one these statutes depends on your cause of action. Consult a lawyer, come up with your cause of action (what you are suing for), and see if there is a statute that specifically allows you to sue the government from it.

I'm sorry. Not sure what you are talking about!

People sue the government all the time.

I will say this; you will have to do a much better job conveying your case to the court than you have done asking your question here in this forum!

Good Luck.

Honey, there ain't nothing you can do to the government and that's a fact. They can run you up one side and down the other over things that are absolutely asinine. Now saying that: I can say that because I live in this Land of the free. So, just do what they tell you to do and if they mess up , oh well. If you mess up then you do it all over again and you pay. Anyone that believes this is a democracy is dreaming because a vote is not a vote...electoral votes are not legal in my mind. We live in a Capitalist state because it's all about money. Not We the people. Just my opinion.

You have no right if you are awaiting response in regards to immigration... sit your asss back and wait like everyone else.

Suing the government is foolish... people like you just love the idea of getting free money just because someone inconvenienced you! Not to mention people like you are what causes our taxes to rise and are a burdon on our judicial system which also makes are taxes rise.
GET SOME PATIENCE!

You can try to sue the US, but the chances of you winning are like finding a trillion dollar bill on the ground.

In short, not a chance. Governmental immunity gives them a free hand to be as negligent as the government wants to be.
