Your heart could be beating too fast or too slowly. The normal rate is around 80 beats per minute. Your blood sugar could be too low. Did you eat enough today? Or, you could be pregnant- depending on your age. For some reason, we females like to get dizzy in the first few weeks of pregnancy and pass out for no good reason at all. If it doesn't go away, definitely call your doctor or 9-1-1.

You could have a bug that maybe going around where you live. Have you been around anyone who might have a cold, stomach virus, or even the flu

you could have fliud in the inner ear, or your sinus could be infected, or your bloodpressure could be doing it to you.if you sit down and raise up fast do you get dizzy then? if so better check the bp. do you feel like you got water in your ears like you have been in the pool/ that could be inner ear problem.

Inner-ear,my Grandmother has them allllllllllll the time..........You could go to a E.N.T.(eaar/nose/throat) Doctor and get the whole 411..

you could have an inner ear infection that will do it fluid building up behind the eardrum i woiuld go to the doctor and get it checked out.

Well, pregnancy could be one reason. Another could be simple dehydration. Drink lots of fluids. Maybe your sugar is low

Allergies can cause it, ear infections, fluid in the ears... vertigo
