The best labels represent good quality fabric. Then comes cut, color and style. I see lots of people wearing style but not quality of fabric.
Banana Republic is a good example of that.
GAP has good style but not necessarily good fabric or cut.
The better labels have all three: Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis, Polo, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Clairborne, Jones of New York, and Hilfiger.
The problem is the exorbitant price so you need to get to discount stores like TJ Maxx and Marshalls' or Outlet Stores and buy them end of season on sale. You have to love the hunt. Good stuff never goes out of style and are considered "investment" clothes that never wear out. There are plenty other good labels but I can't think of more at the moment. Good hunting!

if you are looking for clothes for yourself, just find what colours shapes and fabrics suit you. you dont need to spend a fortune on designer gear to look good!

if its the actual styles that some people use etc, you can find books on art and fashion in your libary, or online. try the stuff for fashion design students for a level type or early college/university. that should give you a basic idea.

the undertaking approximately "categorized" clothing - is you are able to truly no longer tell how plenty became paid for the product. Labels frequently teach "classification" desperate by ability of how costly the article became to purchase - who became "greater advantageous" - who had greater funds. even with the undeniable fact that, the suggested outfits - frequently finally end up in thrift shops - the place the "simple" human beings might acquire a standing image at a discounted value. subsequently - what's in a donning of a label? that's the question ?
