Someone from Jamaica called and said i won 2.5 million dollars but i needed to send $1300 for postage handling and to get envelope through customs. sounds like a scam but we have been entering sweepstakes

It's a scam; if anyone asks you to send money to them to receive a prize; believe me they are trying to scam you.

If it isn't something you entered into yourself, it is a scam, and yes if you have to pay for it, it is a scam
