I just like to know what people are thinking. Some really good friends and myself have come up with a good one, and no, we're not running to Canada. I don't want to hear that one, be creative, be thoughtful.

Just a reminder....this will be a nuclear war. Weapons of Mass Destruction will be used. I don't want to hear that your going to stay home because your too fat or old. Come on people! WWIII and I would bet anything that it is on US soil.

that depends on the situation here in the US. i am above the maximum for military service now. so that is not an option. i did my time when i was younger. but, i have water, food and necessities stored away, plenty of firepower and the ability to use it effectively, and most important, enough friends that have done the same with survival as the mutual goal. we have several plans of action, again, depending on the situation here. since most of the people here are dependent on the government when things go bad it wont take long for most of you to perish from the anarchy that is sure to hit when the **** hits the fan.

WWIII is due to break soon if you ask me. The world has drawn a line around Iran. If the present administration tries what was laid out in the book called the Grand Chessboard by a guy named Brzezinski then we're in a world of doodoo. The US is faltering Iraq sttarted trade it's oil in Euro instead of dollars and that was part of the reason it got invaded. Iran has done the same. Even drug dealers (the big time ones not the chump on the street corner) are dealing in Euros this means that the american dollar's dip will go into asharp plung.

I could go on and on about this but what I'm doing is purchasing gold instead of bond and mutual funds which will be worth diddly. I would relocate to a rural area where you can pool resources a lot eaiser. The thing is to get out of the city because any given north american city has about 2 - 3 days food supply then it's serious starvation.

There's so much more but I have to go tuck my son into bed.

Nighty Night

P.S. If we're talking all out nuke exchange well I kiss my as good bye and hope to die in a blast cause I just wouldn't want to see what humanity will be reduced to after that.

Well sorry! That was my course of action, moving to Canada! Well, my second is to move to the neutral country of Switzerland and put my French to good use. Open up a little cafe and change my name to Rose.

i would probably gather up my family, all the food, clothing, and medical supplies i can muster, then steal a boat and work my way south to a third world country and hide out in the jungle (well-armed, of course). fair warning. if you steal my plan, your roadkill.

It depends on if the war was on our home land or if it was being fought on others soil.

I'd get myself a good weapon and go loot some shopping malls. Ah, the spoils of war.

I would fight until my last breath, after all, I do have a family to take care of, and I do not want their freedom in jeopardy.

Nothing. My son is too young, I'm too fat and my husband is too old so we would just keep going to work and living our life just like before.
