I use odor free therapy ASPERCREM I put it on after a shower while
your pour's are open,and the cream works great on my arthritus,i rub
it on my Knees,hands,fingers,shoulder's,also lower back.It does help
me,i hope you will give it a try.You can get this stuff at KMART,
Walgreens, Wal-mart,or any drug store.Take Care !!!!!!

Any analgesic that has anti-inflamatory in it. IBprophen has some.
Arthritus is an inflamation. That's why it hurts. Make sure to read labels. Some rubs are good too if they also contain an anti-inflamatory.
