Just eat what you normally eat for breakfast. The goal is to try and stay as calm as possible, so changing your normal routine a lot is just going to stress you out. Also, you don't want to eat too much because you never know what might make you sick to your stomach if you normally don't eat a lot. If you don't usually eat anything for breakfast I'd recommend something small like a bowl of cereal, a granola bar, or a pop-tart. Don't be too concerned about what you eat. Concentrate on doing well and you'll be fine.

having a good breakfast won't make up for a lack of sleep. Try and get at least 7 hrs of sleep. Its a lot better than staying up late cramming. Any filling breakfast like pancakes and eggs will probably do.

Sleep good. Study, and just try to retain all that you know, and do not worry about the test. Please just do your best, and eat a good meal that makes you not hungry anymore. youll be fine. Thanks to you.
