First, cut down on your food intake. Watch the number of calories that you take in and cut out fatty food six days a week. Take one day and treat yourself, enjoy all of your favorite foods. The other thing that you must do, is walk;about 3 miles per day. Don't jog, just a brisk walk and your weight will go down. No dangerous drugs, no starvation diets.Eat several small amounts of food several times per day. Good luck-it worked for me.

This works. Eat vegetables. Drink white wine. take cascara sagara. Use a scale. Wiegh every morning. You sould lose 1/2 lb per day. Take 6 cascara capsules before dinner. Eat only until you feel satisfied. Do not recreation eat. Use little butter or sour cream etc. No milk. Fish and chicken ok. When you wiegh if you have lost more than 1-2 lbs for the day before you can eat a little more today. If you have not lost at least 1 lb you have to slack up for that day. You will lose 1/2 lb per day. You will equalize your motabolism. You will keep the wieght off. You will be able to return to regular eating after you have kept the wieght off fo 6 months. You will still be consciously aware of the amount you consume. You will be hot.
