If its gotta be between verizon or sprint then its Verizon by far. Sprint covrage sucks, customer service sucks and once you get locked into your contract they treat you like dirt. Though i would personally recomend T-Mmobile. First of all they are GSM. They have the best phones to offer in the nation. Switching phones on verizon or sprint is a nightmare. Plus they are cheap and the customer service is the best.

Lemme just say this...whenever I'm roaming on my Sprint phone from work, the first thing I hear is...

"Welcome to the Verizon network."

I have a Verizon phone personally. It's the only service I've found (and I've tried many) that simply works everywhere.
