forget about riding a camel as a means of tranportation. camels are found around the pyramids for tourists to ride for fun . there are no treasure hunts. there are specialists who do this in big numbers, and every other day there's a new discovery in one place or another. all you can do is go to a travel agent, make a reservation in cairo, arrange for a trip to luxor and aswan in upper egypt to see the wonderful monuments of the ancient kings and queens og egypt. in cairo, there are old ancient monuments like the pyramids and the sphinx. there are places in old cairo like khan al khalili and the hanging church where mary and christ hid 2000 years ago, then there is modern cairo with its big boats on the river nile, the wonderful hotels that have beautiful scenery for you to enjoy. then there is the north shore or the red sea beaches to choose from. just go . dont look for money , you wont find it in the air. but dollars are of a high value , so nothing will be expensive.a taxi does not charge you much in comparison to what you pay in the west.try and tel l me the result.
