where are the r3 and l3 button on the psp?

there is no r3 or l3. It was probably for ps2

The PSP only has L1 and R2, L3 and R3 are not on the PSP since PSP only has 1 analog stick.

its only on ps2. for ps2 hold down the left analog stick for l3 and right analog stick for r3.
