Japan celebrates Shishianohi. Day of the dead. I dont remember the date.
Mexico celebrates on November 2 the "day of all saints" but is also known as the day of the death, and it is not a horror party but a special day to remember the close people that passed away, like the father, the mother, etc. It is a party full of colours.
Unfortunatelly such beautiful celebration is nowadays invaded with the halloween tradition.

Mexico celebrates the day of the dead. Germany doesn't celebrate either. Neither does France. I think. Germany, I'm sure of, but don't quote me on France. I could be wrong.
