Your picture was not a hairnet. But if you are required to wear a hairnet all of your hair must be covered by the net.

i work for whole foods market (bake house) and we have to wear a hair net or this white paperlike hat because every once in a while the health inspectors go in there and if everyone isn't wearing one we get points taken off which if you get caught with out it you can get fined . the company can .
