Boston University in its Sargent College has had one for years. (Massachusetts USA). And Boston is both a sports and medical center.

Here are two places to start your search:

North American Society for Sports Management:
http://www.nassm.com/universities.htm#United%20States%20Sport%20Management%20Programs

Undergraduate programs related to sports:
http://www.sportslinkscentral.com/Sports_Education/undergrad.htm

Additionally, here's a good way to find sports training majors: Go to google. Click on advanced search. Limit the domain to .edu Then search for "sports training major" The search will be limited to colleges and universities and will help you narrow things down pretty quickly.

Some schools to look into off the top of my head include: Elon in NC, Colorado State, High Point in NC, James Madison in VA, and Ohio State, but there are many others out there!

Good luck in your college search.
