The Cunning Little Vixen

I saw it in Berlin during a wonderful holiday - it was, indeed, charming!

If I had to pick one,,, and I'm not at all a fan of Janacek, I'd pick "The beginning of a Romance" likely the most unpopular opera ever created. But I'm a rebel in many ways and take up causes often thought abstract.

I got involved in Opera in the early 2000's, but have always enjoyed the Classical nature of the music, and if I had to "choose" a favorite Opera "author" it would have to be Puccini.
