If I wanted to go to Ford Field and buy tickets to a Lions game, how easy is it to get them from sellers at the door? That is, if I go to the game without tickets, take $60, will I be able to find someone to sell me a ticket?

Even though the Lions are struggling this year, they still sell very well to their games. However, with the Tigers playing as well as they are, I would imagine it fairly easy to come about some Lions tickets at the gate.

I haven't been to a Lions game in a couple seasons, but I recall two years ago when Ford Field was still the place to be because it was new, you would still see scalpers out and about. I would also think $60 enough to get you in the door.

However, the best way to get tickets for a Lions game would be to go to the site listed under the "Source" section. StubHub is a sponsor of the Lions, so you know everything will be legit and you will know you have the tickets before you get to the stadium.

It is not to difficult if you are willing to pay. every Lions game sells out and if you try to get one on game day you most likely will be out of luck. Many of the "scalpers" around Ford Field are undercover Detroit Police. You could very well end up with a $400 fine and not see the game at all. I learned the hard way
