It's all in leg strength. Um, you can try Toe raises. Also, go on long runs at night/morning. It will build your endurance up, that way you can run longer AND faster =). Your jump height is actually easy to get, just takes time. You have to be patient tho. The more you jump, the higher you'll go. (Until you get fatigued) So. when you wake up, go up to a wall, raise your arms up, and jump like 25 times. and do the same before you go to bed. You'll start to notice a change in your vertical jump =)

well eat veggies andfruits do exercise other than that theres nothing to do
