Christopher Lee was Count Dooku, much later.

No, only Peter Cushing. He played the role of Captain Moff Tarkin. Christopher Lee played the role of Count Dooku. But he dies when the Death Star gets destroyed by the Rebels in episode 4, A New Hope. I would have liked to see him in the other movies.
