Don't take laxatives. It's bad for you.

1. Eat some bread with lots of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
2. Eat lots of green vegetable.
3. Eat a few bananas.
4. Walk for an hour.
You should be able to do it.

Go and buy a few of those liquid drinkable yogurts. They have live cultures, which in turn help keep you regular. Activia Yogurt in green packaging is supposed to be the best at regulating you. Must continuous eat yogurt to stay regular BM.

2nd best Yoplait Jello/Gelatin ones. (Chocolate/Cherry or Rasberry one).

Prune juice is the ticket. Exlax will work too. If nothing else, try Colace from the pharmacy. It's over the counter.

Go for a walk and walk it out, or eat another burger then lay in the fetal position till your pipes decide to move that poison on out!!!
