...I am glad Mr. Foley resigned - good riddance! This is big news and big concern to Democrats. Why wasn't the same concern felt and acted on when it comes to the shenanigans of Barney Frank (who's "boyfriend" ran gay prostitution out of Frank's basement) and Bill Clinton (is it okay to use interns)?

For the SAME reason that "Global Warming", the Homeless, school funding, etc.... is only an ISSUE when a Republican is in office. You don't HEAR about these issues when a Dem is in the House.

Because the liberals scream like big babies all the time, especially with something like this, yet when it's someone from their party, they fight and again scream blaming the republicans yada yada yada. The republican elected officials don't have spine to demand the liberal whackos step down, just like the dems demand the republicans to step down.
They are the whiny party. Got "Help Mom, there are liberals under my bed" for my daughter. GREAT BOOK!!!! Speaks the TRUTH!!!!

They also have consenting relationships which is a big difference!

OP, you also might have mentioned Representative Studds, Democrat, that took an underage boy page to Morocco to have a good time. Re-elected 5 times there-after. Democrats sleep with boys, they get re-elected, Republicans IM them vulgar emails, and they resign. You figure it out.

Liberal Democrats usually feel that the rules only apply to others, but they believe that Freedom of Speech only applies to them. How ridiculous!
Oh, and uh...they set up the thing with Foley right before the election, and this is in accordance with them signing up illegals and sinking ballot boxes to the bottom of the Pacific.

Moral conduct is lenient on those who are in power who felt that they are immuned from the application of the law. What are they in power for? In order to be above the law which is a bad aspect of the politics and must not prevail.
