Everyone usually is really bad at it. The one hard part is just when you think you can get it right, you can't get your eye to accept the fact that you're shoving your finger in it. It just takes practice. There's not much anyone can tell you to do that will make it easier except to just keep doing it. The best wat to pull them out is to slide them over to the outside of your eye and use a dry finger and try to get it to stick to your finger. don't try to pull straight back on it, kind of do it at an angle. practice practice practice

When putting them in, make sure you have solution in the contact lense. Look in the opposite direction in which to you placing the contact into your eye. When removing them, wet your fingers with solution. Pinch near the edges of the contact. With practice you will get better! Good luck!

hold your eyelids open with your fingers. your contact is wider than you think, and your eyeball will let you know when you've touched it (it doesn't hurt that much when you touch your eye, and when you touch the white part it doesn't hurt at all).
as for putting them in, this is my process: i hold my eyelids open with my fingers, then put my contact in, then i sort of look away with my eyes, while i pull the contact in the other direction (this gets rid of debris that may be between your contact and your eye), then i pull my contact back to my iris at the same time i'm looking at my eye in the mirror.
the more you do it, the faster you will become at it.

When I started wearing contacts, I had the same problem. The main thing is to try to relax when taking them out. Its good if your used to touching your eyeball with your finger without it bothering you, so you may want to practice that.....in private.

you'll get better, just keep practicing, and you'll get a lot better. And just try not to acciedentally pinch your eye. THAT HURTS!!
