All males are different. There is no exact way of determing how or why one man's penis is larger than another. There is no exact science to determine what size ones penis will be. If you are 13 and have a large penis, don't worry about it. If you are 13 and have a small penis--don't worry about!!! There are no real NORMALS. The average size is between 5 and 7" long and 1.5-2" around. Some guys just got blessed with more than others.

I'm 13 too, I checked a couple sites and mostof themsaid a 13 year old's average penis size is 3.5 flaccid and 5 inches hard. Mine is4 flaccid and 6 hard so it varies on the guy.

everyone is different. and size doesn't matter with the girls but you have years to learn about that,. have a talk with mom or dad or a counselor. or read a book in the library on human sexuality so you know facts instead of locker room rumors..
worry about your haircut instead.

it should be as long as it has grown and stop worring about the size and length. you always gonna hear guys bragging about how big theirs is and most of the braggers have a little old cigarett sized one. besides what you gonna do if its actually shorter than it should be? nothing at all. and playing with it does not make it grow either.
